Mission:
The coaches and advisors of all activities must assume a major role in inspiring the development of the young people under their charge. Their mission is to build leaders, foster cooperation, and personally model outstanding sportsmanship for emulation by students engaged in activities.

We strive to inspire a winning attitude and a desire for high levels of performance and it is equally important to emphasize satisfaction from participating – not necessarily humiliation in losing. The primary focus for all activities is the development of desirable traits in each student and to nurture a sense of fulfillment gained from participation in the activity itself – win or lose. Participation in athletics and other activities provides students with a lifetime foundation for work and leisure activities.

W.E.B. Where Everybody Belongs

Welcome to the WEBsite!

What is WEB? WEB is a program that welcomes 6th graders and makes them feel comfortable throughout the first year of Middle School.

WEB, an acronym for Where Everybody Belongs, is built on the belief that students want to and can help other students succeed. WEB trains members of the 8th grade class to be WEB Crew. As positive role models the WEB Crew are motivators, leaders and teachers who guide 6th graders to discover what it takes to be successful in middle school. These lessons are designed to give 6th graders the skills needed to be successful during their middle school years and beyond. Social follow-ups provide social settings for the WEB Crew and their groups to reconnect and further build relationships outside the classroom.

WEB’s goal is to provide a structure in which students make real connections with each other. Through this program students learn that people at school care about them and their success. WEB will increase attendance, decrease discipline referrals and improve academic performance at our school.

A colorful circle of diverse stick figures holding hands surrounds the word 'web'.
